If your application's name has already been registered and you have a registered trademark for this application name, we can investigate it for you.

Using a company or business name, logo, or other trademark-protected materials in a manner that may mislead or confuse others with regard to its brand or business affiliation may be considered a trademark policy violation.

What Information is Required When Requesting an Application Name Based on Trademark?

In order to investigate trademark policy violations, please provide all of the following information:

How Do I File a Report?

Holders of registered trademarks can report possible violations by visiting our support forms at and selecting "The application name I'm trying to register has already been taken." Please submit trademark-related requests from your company email address and follow the format above to help expedite our response.
