This policy covers, but is not limited to:
- Software or devices that provide unauthorized access or intrude upon a person without their permission. This includes spyware products, phone tapping, call or text messaging interception.
- Equipment to illegally access or tamper with software, servers, hardware, or websites.
- Software and tools used to facilitate illegal hacking of media or bypass digital content management systems.

Review our guidelines and make sure you understand the requirements for your brand and business. You are responsible for all your promoted content on Twitter. This includes complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding advertisements.
